The fastest way for current clients to get help from the Back Bay Networks support team is to submit a support ticket. Please provide as much information as possible about the issue, including:
- The device being used (e.g., iPhone, PC, tablet)
- Operating system and version (e.g., Windows 10, MacOS 10.14.2)
- Browser type and version (e.g., Chrome 88.0.4324.96, Firefox 85.0)
- Program or application (e.g., Outlook, GWorkspace)
- Specific error messages on your desktop, application, or server
