The fastest way to get help from the Back Bay Networks support team is to submit a support ticket. Please provide as much information as possible about the issue, including:

  • The device being used (e.g., iPhone, PC, tablet)
  • Operating system and version (e.g., Windows 10, MacOS 10.14.2)
  • Browser type and version (e.g., Chrome 88.0.4324.96, Firefox 85.0)
  • Program or application (e.g., Outlook, GWorkspace)
  • Specific error messages on your desktop, application, or server

Our regular hours of operation are Monday through Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. EST. After-hours requests for support will be addressed as soon as possible.
